Child Safety Standards

1. Our standard

Vibrez has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children is never allowed on Vibrez, in any form, for any reason, including as a joke, as fiction, as artwork or as AI-generated material.

These standards cover every surface of Vibrez: profiles, posts, comments, photos and videos, direct messages, live Moments and their video, audio and chat, buildings, and anything else a member creates or shares. They form part of our Terms of Service.

2. Vibrez is for adults only

Vibrez is intended only for people aged 18 and over, and our Terms of Service require every member to be at least 18. Vibrez is not designed for children or teenagers. When we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

3. What is prohibited

You must not use Vibrez to create, share, request, encourage or facilitate:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated, edited or AI-generated imagery, and links to such material;
• any sexualisation of minors, including sexual comments about a child;
• grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a child, or someone believed to be a child, for a sexual purpose;
• sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor, or of anyone, to obtain images, money or contact;
• trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation or solicitation of minors;
• arranging to meet a child for a sexual purpose, or helping anyone else gain access to a child for that purpose;
• content that normalises, praises or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children; and
• any other content or conduct that endangers the safety of children, whether it happens on Vibrez or is arranged through it.

4. Reporting in the app

Anyone can report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation without leaving Vibrez. Every report form offers a Child safety reason near the top of the list.

• A post: open the post's options menu and choose Report.
• A member: open their profile, tap the options menu and choose Report. You can also block them from the same menu.
• A live Moment: open the options menu at the top right of the Moment and choose Report.
• A chat message in a Moment: report the message from its options. Reporting a chat message also blocks the sender for you straight away.

You can also report directly to our child safety contact at support@app.vibrez.com. Please do not download, screenshot or forward suspected abuse material as evidence. Tell us where it is on Vibrez and we will preserve it.

5. How we respond

Child safety reports are our highest moderation priority. When we learn of CSAE on Vibrez:

• we remove the content as soon as we become aware of it;
• we permanently close the accounts involved and act to prevent them from returning;
• we preserve the relevant content and account information for law enforcement as the law requires; and
• we report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national or regional authorities, including the Singapore Police Force.

We cooperate with law enforcement investigations into child sexual abuse and exploitation, and we respond to valid legal requests for information.

6. Compliance with child safety laws

VIBREZ UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. complies with the child safety laws that apply to Vibrez, including the laws of Singapore and of the countries and regions where Vibrez is available. That includes reporting child sexual abuse material to the authorities as those laws require.

7. Child safety point of contact
