We ship faster than the stores can review. The App Store build works, but it can miss our latest features.

Most updates reach your phone over the air, while the app is running. You just have to let the app pick them up. Here's how.

1. Get Vibrez on the App Store.
2. Open the app and give it a little while. It downloads the newest version in the background.
3. Fully close the app.
4. Open it again. You now have the latest version.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 every so often. We keep fixing bugs and pushing updates.

The easiest way is Google Play. Search for Vibrez, or open vibrez.com/android on your phone and tap Install.

No Google Play on your phone? Install the app file (an APK) yourself. Android blocks apps from outside Google Play until you switch on developer mode.

1. Turn on developer mode. Open Settings, then About phone. Tap Build number seven times.
2. Download the app. On your phone, open vibrez.com/android/apk. The download starts. The file is close to 300 MB, so use Wi-Fi.
3. Open the file when it finishes. If Android asks, let your browser install apps.
4. Tap Install, then Open.

After that, follow the update routine every so often.

Start with the file. It's close to 300 MB, so use Wi-Fi and wait for the download to finish. If it stalls, open the link again.

If Android won't open the file, it's waiting for your permission. Allow your browser to install apps, then open the file again.

If it says the app isn't installed, free up some storage and try once more.

If Android shows a security warning, that's because the file doesn't come from Google Play. Only install it from vibrez.com/android/apk, or use Google Play instead.

The file comes straight from us at vibrez.com/android/apk. Don't install Vibrez from any other link.

You can switch developer options off again in Settings whenever you like. The app stays installed.

You need to be 18 or over, and you need an internet connection. On iPhone, that means iOS 16.4 or later. On Android, a recent phone works best. We haven't published an exact minimum yet.

On iPhone, the App Store. On Android, Google Play.

The Android APK is the same app for phones without Google Play.

The routine is the same on iPhone and Android.

1. Open Vibrez and wait a little while.
2. Fully close it. On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and hold, then flick Vibrez away. On Android, open your recent apps and swipe Vibrez away.
3. Open it again.

Do this from time to time. We keep pushing fixes.

Try the update routine once more. Open the app, wait a little while, fully close it and open it again. Make sure you're online, because updates download in the background.

Soon, Settings will show when your build last updated. We're working on it. Until then, run the update routine whenever you like.

No. Updates reach the app you already have, over the air. Run the update routine to pick them up.

Check your spam folder first. Then ask for a new email from the sign-in screen. If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the same screen.

Open the Me tab, scroll to Account and tap DELETE ACCOUNT. You confirm twice, because it can't be undone. Details are on the Support page.

The camera and microphone come up only when you host a Moment or scan a QR code. Roadtrip can ask for your location to guide you to the next checkpoint.

All of it is optional. Browsing, watching and chatting work without them. If you change your mind, turn a permission on in your phone's settings under Vibrez. More on the Support page.
